State of the project at February 20th 1998



The Fluffy Tamagotchi research and development program is on schedule. Last week saw the installation of the prototype SING function, that replaces the original PLAY function of a normal tamagotchi. By turning a knob the happy user will be able to make the Fluffy Tamagotchi modulate enchanting songs.

The bases of the PAIN function were also installed, which was a rather hard time for the Z Lab's first prototype.

The legs engine took a while to tune up, but at last it works.

This morning I captured a big fluffy grey cat in the street.I skinned it in order to provide the prototype with fur, for design experiment.

I reckon it is going to look real cute.

More work to come, with the digestive functions and a few niggles to iron out in the BBC/Mac communication.
